What's all the fun about?
You can always expect a great time with Eric Ode!

Eric Ode (pronounced Oh-dee) is a national award winning children's singer/songwriter, an author and widely published poet, and a thoroughly engaging entertainer. His upbeat, high-participation programs are bubbling over with fun, interactive music and include stories, skits, poetry, props and puppets.

A former elementary teacher of 12 years with a Masters Degree in Educational Technology, Eric has taken the stage (and the floor and the flatbed truck) to share his music and poetry programs with schools, community festivals, libraries, and churches throughout the United States and well beyond.

Eric has been four times recognized with Parents' Choice Awards as well as an Honors Award from National Parenting Publications (NAPPA) and a Telly Bronze Award. His original music has been heard on children's radio programs across the country and on the popular PBS series Dragonfly TV.
Eric is the author of Tall Tales of the Wild West (And a Few Short Ones), a collection of silly cowboy poems published by Meadowbrook Press. You can also find poems by Eric in anthologies such as If Kids Ruled the School, Rolling in the Aisles, Oh My Darling Porcupine, Dinner with Dracula, My Teacher's in Detention, Miles of Smiles, I've Been Burping in the Classroom, and Dinosaur Poems: The Anthology. His work appears in magazines such as Hopscotch, Boys' Quest, and Fun for Kidz.
